Find Businesses With Weak SEO
Enter a niche and city. We'll search Google, find businesses in that area, audit each website for 15 SEO factors, and rank them by opportunity — so you know exactly who to pitch.
Tip: Be specific. "emergency plumber" works better than just "plumber".
Scanning for prospects...
This takes 20-40 seconds. We're analyzing up to 20 websites.
What You Get Per Scan
Each scan gives you a complete prospect pipeline for one niche + city.
10-20 Ranked Prospects
Real businesses pulled from Google Search and Google Maps, filtered to remove directories like Yelp and Facebook. Ranked by SEO weakness.
15-Point SEO Audit
Every website is checked for: title tags, meta descriptions, H1 headings, HTTPS, mobile viewport, page speed, schema markup, Open Graph, content length, images, Core Web Vitals, sitemap, robots.txt, favicon, and internal links.
Pitch Angles + Email Drafts
AI-generated pitch angles AND a ready-to-send email draft for each prospect, personalized with their business name and specific SEO weaknesses.
Contact Info & Socials
We scrape emails, phone numbers, and social media links (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter) from each prospect's website. Everything you need to reach out.
SEO Score (0-100)
Each prospect gets a composite score. We only show businesses scoring under 65 — the ones most likely to need your services.
PDF & CSV Export
Download a professional PDF report or CSV file with all data — names, emails, socials, scores, weaknesses, pitch angles, and email drafts. Import directly into your CRM.
Example: What a Real Result Looks Like
Here's what you'd see for one prospect from a "plumber Austin TX" scan:
Their site has no meta description — Google is writing their search snippet for them. They also have no schema markup, so they're missing out on rich results. With 42 reviews and a 3.8 rating, they have a customer base but their website isn't doing any of the work. A quick technical SEO cleanup could get them ranking on page 1.
This is a simulated example. Real results are based on live Google data.

FAQ
What counts as one scan?
One scan = one keyword + location search. For example, "plumber in Austin TX" is one scan. Each scan returns 10-20 prospects with full SEO analysis.
Where does the data come from?
We use the DataForSEO API to pull real Google Search and Google Maps results. Then we load each business's actual website and run a 15-point SEO audit. No estimates, no guesswork — real data from real websites.
How accurate is the SEO analysis?
We check real, measurable SEO factors: title tags, meta descriptions, HTTPS, page speed, schema markup, mobile optimization, H1 tags, Open Graph tags, content length, and image optimization. These are the same checks any SEO professional would perform in a site audit.
Can I export the results?
Yes. Every scan can be exported as a CSV file with all prospect data, SEO scores, weaknesses, and pitch angles. Perfect for importing into your CRM or spreadsheet.
What are pitch angles?
For each prospect, we generate specific talking points based on their SEO weaknesses. For example: "Their site has no meta description and no schema markup — they're invisible in search results." Copy these into your outreach emails.
How long does a scan take?
About 20-40 seconds. We need to search Google, collect business listings, then load and analyze each website individually. The more businesses found, the longer it takes.
What if a website blocks the scan?
Some websites block automated access. When that happens, we mark those businesses as "Analysis failed" but still include them in your list with their Google ranking and Maps data.
