- IP address — used to determine your geographic location (for currency display) and to manage free usage limits on our tools.
- Device identifier cookie — a randomly generated ID stored in a persistent cookie, used solely to prevent abuse of free usage limits. This cookie does not track your browsing activity on other sites.

- DataForSEO — provides keyword search volume, difficulty, and suggestion data.
- Google PageSpeed Insights API — analyzes website performance for SEO audits.
- Google Places API — checks Google Business Profile and map pack presence.
- Anthropic (Claude AI) — generates plain-English intent explanations for keywords and AI visibility analysis.
- PayPal — processes international payments.
- PayMongo — processes Philippine peso payments via QR Ph.
- ipinfo.io — detects your country for currency display (no personal data shared).
Each of these services has its own privacy policy. We only share the minimum data necessary for each service to function.
5. Data Retention
- Audit reports are stored on our server and retained indefinitely for your re-download convenience.
- Keyword lookup results are stored to enable CSV/PDF export of past searches.
- IP and device credit records are retained to enforce usage limits.
- Feedback submissions are retained indefinitely for product improvement.

All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Our device tracking cookie is set with HttpOnly and Secure flags to prevent client-side access. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
